US Gauge Model 1986 4-1/2" Solid Front Process Gauge
The AMETEK US Gauge Model 1986 is a 4-1/2 inch solid front process pressure gauge, professionally engineered for harsh chemical and petrochemical processing environments. Equipped with genuine MONEL bourdon tube and MONEL socket wetted parts, this gauge is specially designed for HF (hydrofluoric acid) working conditions, widely applicable to hydrofluoric acid pressure monitoring in refinery alkylation processes.
Adopting a robust black glass-reinforced thermoplastic (PBTB) turret-style case, the Model 1986 delivers excellent corrosion resistance and structural stability for severe industrial operating scenarioses. It comes standard with an E-Z Fill field-fillable case, requiring no extra accessories to realize liquid-filled damping function for anti-vibration and stable pressure measurement. For customized on-site color matching, optional yellow or orange casings are available by adding corresponding suffixes to the part number.
This gauge series provides 21 kinds of vacuum, compound and positive pressure ranges, covering 30" Hg vacuum up to 10000 psi. The standard dial adopts single-scale psi calibration, and customized dial scales are fully supported to meet diverse industrial measurement demands. With Grade 2A high precision, it ensures stable and accurate long-term pressure monitoring in corrosive industrial pipelines, tanks and process equipment.
